He has supported more than 20 local government organisations with systems such as SynergySoft, Altus Online, and InfoCouncil, along with helping small and mid-sized businesses modernise their IT environments through cloud adoption and improved cybersecurity practices.
His background spans enterprise IT environments, regional infrastructure challenges, and small business support, shaping a practical and security-focused approach to managed IT services.
